CREATIVE WRITING TUTOR

As well as writing my own work I also work as a freelance creative writing tutor teaching courses in screenwriting, playwriting, novel writing, and writing for TV. I have extensive experience teaching both young people and adults of all abilities.

I am currently lecturer in screenwriting at Keele University, teaching modules on writing for both stage and screen.

I also lead a number of courses at City Academy in London, as well as leading residential creative writing retreats for the Arvon Foundation

I was resident playwright at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts for six years, and have taught at a number of FDS accredited drama schools including Central School of Speech and Drama, LAMDA, Manchester School of Theatre, East15, and Drama Studio London.

I have delivered projects on a freelance basis for organisations including the Almeida Theatre, the Royal Opera House, Shakespeare's Globe, and am a senior facilitator with Tender Education and arts.
